| ADA

Adenosine deaminase (also known as adenosine aminohydrolase, or ADA) is an enzyme involved in purine metabolism. It is needed for the breakdown of adenosine from food and for the turnover of nucleic acids in tissues.Its primary function is the development and maintenance of the immune system.However, the full physiological role of ADA is not yet completely understood.

The recovery of Human ADA spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity

Samples were spiked with high concentrations of Human ADA and diluted with Universal Diluent to produce samples with values within the range of the assay.
